Had a great weekend with family down south at my niece's christening.

Great news for you all today I have been asked to join the Midway team over at The Cutie pie challenge . Gift card for Jack

I have just had some great news I have been asked to join the DT for The Crafty Bloggers Network.Can't wait to start.
I have made this gift card for my nephew Jack we are going down to Kent for his sister christening I want to take him a few sweets as I don't see him that often,found this template in a very old mag and i also wanted to try out a friend's new stamping up score board it 12x12 and fab have order myself one.

I brought the digi image from Pink Gem a few weeks ago as it just made me think of jack when I saw it he is 4 and love to dress up.

I have coloured the image with promakers i also coloured the ribbon with the same green promarker.Not to sure where the paper came from, the letter are done with the cuttlebug.

Foverver friend heart bear

This is my 2nd card for today is a lovely old stamp i found in the draw so I thought I should get it inked up again.I have used a sketch from grahicat sketches.

The paper are from First edition Boho Chic,Have coloured the bear with my promarks,have used a mix of nesties and marianne dies ribbon and flowers are from my stash.

Christmas bear with cracker

What happened to the summer looks more like October outside its grey and windy just right for making Christmas cards.Today's little card is a LOTV cute little bear with a big cracker,

The papers used in this card are from the winter wonderland  pack fro dove craft, bear and sentiment stamp are LOTV,I have embossed the sliver grey card with snowflakes and add white and pale blue ribbon, and some glitter and pearls to finish.

Its a Christmas card again today as I am still a few behind over on the docraft Christmas challenge make one card every week.

Its a very simple card I embossed the base card then add the black then the white which I embossed with Swiss dots, the Tree is a stamp from a old docratf set as is the sentiment.

What to give a dad with everything!

This is my dad's father's day card i never no what to get him but would never buy him socks, so i hope he likes it.

I found the template for the socks in a old magazine, papers are from dovecraft not sure what i will do when they run out as i seem to use them for all my man's card.I embossed the card with 2 different cuttlebug folders and added a sentiment.

Graduation owl

Firstly I would like to say thank you to MissyG for the inspiration for this card,hope you don't mind me having a go at your owl.

I made the Owl out of nesties mounted the distressed cream card on to a dark red card. The sentiment is from a penny black set.Found the tassel in my stash which went well with the colours i picked out as i wanted to keep it quite masculine add some candy in the corner.

Camper vans again!

It's a camper van cards again i was asked to make a camper van card for a friend so i made 2 this is the first .

I stared with a A3 sheet of card which i folded and ran it through the grand caibur to make a large circle card.then i add a brown scalloped edge the a brown circle the same size as the base card.Add a couple of backing papers from a Dovecraft pack.the image is a dippy dog stamp with a hero arts cloud stamp in the back ground add a little glossy accents the surf board.The message stamp is from LOTV i printed out the name first then stamp over it.to finish i added some candy.

Less is more challenge this week is a Recipe Not a square.so i thought i would give the spotlight stamping another go this time i have used a digi stamp from Bugaboo Prize from Here come the boys birthday blog hop.It is so pretty i have coloured the flowers with water colour pencils, add a little glitter to the butterflies and some of the grass.the message stamp is from the new papermania range from Lucy Cromwell teacups.I have mounted the image on white card and them a purple card from DCWV.Made the card from a large nestie.

I made this card for the craftblogger network challenge spotlight stamping,
i was quite pleased with my card but showed it to a group of friend and it was 50/50 with some saying it was great to other saying it did not work,looked unfinished should only be done with flowers and butterflies please let me know what you all thing out there in blog land good or bad,i can take it.

The very cute stamp is from Little Claire's Robert and Daisy umbrella.the text down the side is from a hero arts set papers are portobello rd found the ribbon in my stash.I destressed the edges with ink and used a small round nestie for the spotlight.

What a fabulous day again i have had a lazy day after my appointment with the doctor to remove the mole on my arm, which was not as bad as i thought do have 5 stitches and a little bruising but nothing a large glass of wine and some Ben and Jerry's this evening could not fix. My daughter Kirsty even took me out for lunch and paid.

Today's card was made with the large round Nestie,and a very cute stamp from LOTV the paper's came from a DCWV stack called sweets,added some pale green ribbon a butterfly charm and some button to finches of.Hope you like it.

upcycling a tin of beans

What a beautiful day, got the bike out for the first time in a few weeks, it was so nice to feel the sun on by face. Hopeful get out again tomorrow before my trip to the Doctors to have a mole removed, not looking forward to going. Any way on to today's make as you can see it not a card. I painted the tin can and added some lace and made some felt flowers on the grand calibur.
